Maui Agent awarded top honors in Washington D.C

Maui’s own sat center stage as a leader in luxury panel speaker alongside Leslie Akers, President of KW Luxury International and Bay Area luxury expert, Greg Simpson at the 2018 KW Luxury International Retreat.

Each year, the KW Luxury International group brings together its members from across the globe to learn, network and have fun at the same time. This year’s retreat in Washington D.C. was no different with four days packed full of world-renowned speakers, talented agent presentations, and many educational opportunities for the agent who focuses on high-end clientele and their homes.

Otto, who only recently made the leap from Sakamoto Properties, a boutique Kapalua real estate firm on Maui, Hawaii to KW Luxury International received national recognition at this year’s conference when awarded, #1 Keller Williams Individual Agent in Hawaii and Northern California 2017. The award was for the #1 highest listing taken in 2017 ($20,880,000) in Keller Williams out of 170,000 agents worldwide.

Additionally, Otto was recognized for #1 Listing Volume for current listings at the time of the 2018 convention. 80 listings on MLS for a volume of $250,000,000.
